BioNanometrix Pulls In $5 Million Series A Financing

PHILADELPHIA, PA -- Nanotechnology company BioNanometrix, Inc. announced the close of its series venture capital round, receiving $5.1 million in new and bridge debt rollover investment.

The company develops nanodevices and systems for cancer diagnosis and complex disease therapeutics via its Nanoanalyzer platform.

Batelle Ventures led the round, which included Innovation Valley Partners, KT Venture Group, Ben Franklin Technology Partners and 21 Ventures.
